Sun Salutations: Honoring the Light

At summer's peak, the sun pours out its fullest light. We'll explore what it means to honor that light in this 1.5-hour embodied CE workshop through sun salutation sequences and an art practice. We'll break and reassemble ceramic pieces into something new through a kintsugi-inspired practice of finding beauty in the fractures. This experiential workshop offers helpers and healers practical, creative tools for self-care while deepening connection to the rhythms of the natural world.
