Life Returning: Reaching for the Light

As early spring brings the brave growth of new shoots reaching toward light, this 1.5 hour embodied CE workshop invites participants to explore how life returns after dormancy. Through somatic practices and reflective exercises, we'll attune to the subtle ways vitality re-emerges in ourselves and our clients after difficult seasons. We will learn to notice, honor, and tend to these delicate moments of unfurling while developing the sensitivity and patience required to support brave growth in its earliest, most vulnerable stages.
